My passion for movement and training started at an early age and has grown exponentially. Purposeful training is artfully crafted and I want to share it with others. As a teacher my goal is to inspire a healthy and balanced lifestyle for others using physical training, proper nutrition, sleep, and lowered stress.

2006: Graduate Assistant Running Backs/Punters/Kickers Coach at Northeastern State University
2007: Sales Manager at 24 Hour Fitness in California (San Francisco)
2008-09: Fitness Manager at 24 Hour Fitness in California (San Francisco)
2010: Strength and Conditioning Intern (University of Minnesota) working with 24 sports
2010-2013: Assistant Sport Performance Coach for University of Minnesota football
2011-Present: Kettlebell Concepts Master Instructor and International representative
2013-Present: Private trainer and program design consultant
2014: Inspire Movement was formed

Mike LaSota

A passion for exercise provided Mike with a quality of life worth living, and inspiration from kettlebell training lead him to become a trainer. Mike graduated from a 500 hour program at the National Personal Training Institute, and also holds an ACPT certificate. THe has witnessed how physical exercise and proper nutrition are transformative to your mind, body and spirit, and how it is through movement that the mind-body connection comes into effect. Mike knows firsthand the power of correct breathing, proper mechanics and technique, and is committed to teaching these to his clients and the students in class.
